Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to healthcare facility personnel, visitors, patients, and vendors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations while following established reporting and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures.
  • Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and company leadership.
  • Occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
