- Experience running large-scale outbound campaigns.
- Strong analytical and experimentation abilities.
- Provide a portfolio, GitHub profile, or work samples demonstrating past automation work.
- Build advanced Clay workflows for scraping, enrichment, verification, scoring, routing, and personalization.
- Use APIs, webhooks, and custom code steps to automate data pipelines.
- Create ideal customer profile logic, trigger systems, and multi-step lead flows.
- Set up hundreds or thousands of domains, warming, DNS, DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.
- Build scalable campaign systems in Instantly using Apollo data.
- Use email verification tools such as LeadMagic and BounceBan.
- Maintain deliverability and sending health across all domains.
- Implement verification, cleansing, and bounce prevention.
- Ship several outbound experiments per week and measure results.
- Test variations of copy, subject lines, offers, and personas.
- Build dashboards to track opens, replies, meetings, and revenue.
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve system performance.
- Write clear outbound emails and short-form sequences.
- Use Clay’s AI rewriting and dynamic variables for deep personalization.
- Create persona-based messaging frameworks.
- Write small scripts in Python or JavaScript when needed.
- Integrate tools through API calls and workflows.
- Clean, transform, and normalize data.
- Maintain accurate metrics and reporting.
- Scale outbound sending volume from 5,000 to 50,000 to 250,000 or more emails per month.
- Improve reply rates and meeting-booked rates through experimentation.
- Reduce cost per qualified meeting.
- Build a predictable outbound funnel that feeds Sales every day.
- Ensure strong deliverability across all domains and systems.
- Automate manual steps so the outbound engine becomes self-sustaining.
- Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
- Experience in B2B SaaS outbound.
- Experience building outbound systems that send 100,000 to 1 million or more emails per month.
- Experience with dashboards such as Looker Studio, Retool, or Metabase.
- Familiarity with web scraping tools and unofficial APIs.
