  • BS, MS or PhD in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Computer Science.
  • Experience with long enterprise cycles, structuring enterprise SaaS and hardware sales contracts.
  • Experience as a people manager and have managed 10+ people teams.
  • Proven success building a Sales team and establishing targets/metrics with a high business acumen.
  • Sold robotics and automation products or have been the buyer of automation equipment into manufacturing companies.
Responsibilities
  • Sell Chef’s Robotics as a Service product to enterprise customers in the food production space.
  • Do end to end sales from initial reach out to onsite customer site visits to contract negotiation to legal closing.
  • Sell to Director, VP, and C-Suite levels.
  • Close quarter of a million to million dollar contracts.
  • Research, determine, and implement the appropriate sales strategy for Chef Robotics.
  • Develop and foster long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Drive aggressive YoY growth through developing models capable of supporting and sustaining high double-digit revenue growth.
  • Help with marketing efforts as needed like trade shows and webinars.
  • Help build world-class Sales team by hiring, training and developing the best and right professionals.
