- Develop new business and cross-sell opportunities, and manage relationships and renewals for current clients in Bauru and the surrounding region, focusing on Property & Casualty insurance solutions and general knowledge of Employee Health & Benefits, especially health, life, and dental.
- Work consultatively to add value through solutions, tools, and Marsh capabilities, anticipate trends, and structure proposals aligned with client needs.
- Plan and conduct visits and meetings with assigned portfolio clients to ensure satisfaction, service quality, and stronger relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve, optimize, and expand products and services through cross-selling, supporting client strategy and sustainable portfolio profitability.
- Conduct and monitor rate-adjustment negotiations with operators, balancing service, technical and commercial terms, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure information is accurate and up to date in systems, monitor reports, and comply with internal rules, controls, and required documentation.
- Apply an integrated view of solutions, with general knowledge of Employee Health & Benefits, especially health, life, and dental.
- Represent Marsh at regional centers of reference and in other community activities.
- Intermediate English.
