- 12+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, etc.) and Snowflake data warehouse.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, etc.).
- Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data warehousing best practices.
- Familiarity with data governance, security standards, and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
- Proven track record of leading cloud data migration projects, preferably from on-premise to AWS and Snowflake.

- Lead the architecture and design of scalable and secure data platforms using AWS and Snowflake.

- Implement best practices for data governance, data security, and compliance within cloud environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead data modernization and cloud migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to cloud platforms.
- Develop and manage data models and ensure proper integration with business intelligence tools.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data platforms and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership to data engineering teams, including code reviews and design consultations.
- Stay updated with the latest AWS and Snowflake features and leverage them to improve existing architectures.
