Responsibilities
Handle incoming client calls and assist with webpage navigation while providing customer service.
Review and process incoming mail, including return mail, and search for missing annuitants.
Research benefit payment processing inquiries and establish new direct deposit setups.
Process death reports, address changes, payment stops and reissues, direct deposit changes, tax withholding changes, and beneficiary changes.
Collect appropriate information from callers and determine which department to partner with for next steps.
Provide year-end tax form information and support.
Monitor mail and task activity daily, including reviewing incoming queues and handling documents.
Research and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Purpose and Objective
The Retirement Services Associate will be responsible for supporting clients from Legal & General’s U.S. Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) business. The incumbent will handle all incoming service calls and emails and process administration work while delivering prompt, accurate, and exceptional customer service. Additionally, this role will be responsible for handling tasks of low to moderate complexity.

Qualifications

The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 USD annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The current bonus target for the position is 3% of the base salary with a stretch to twice the target, modified for corporate and individual performance.
