Requirements
  • Hold a current and valid driver’s license.
  • Have an associate’s degree or above, or be a current college senior, or have at least two years of supervisory or management experience, professional sales experience, or military leadership experience.
  • Be available to work a retail schedule five of seven days, approximately 45 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Be able to work outdoors year-round in varying weather and environmental conditions, including gasoline, exhaust fumes, machinery, moving parts, and car wash tunnel noise.
  • Be able to stand, bend, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, drive vehicles, reach above and below shoulder level, and sustain continuous physical effort and movement.
  • Have the required far and near visual acuity, peripheral vision, depth perception, and hearing to distinguish speech and workplace sounds.
  • Fluently speak and understand English for business-related communication.
  • Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance and work assigned schedules that may include irregular hours, overtime, and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service by greeting customers, identifying needs, and selling car wash services, memberships, and other services.
  • Identify, address, and correct customer concerns or dissatisfaction.
  • Build customer satisfaction, repeat business, and loyalty through positive service and customer experiences.
  • Manage daily operations and lead the team to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized customer-facing areas, including gas pump islands, payment terminals, tunnel entrances, and waiting areas.
  • Coordinate daily store production through planning and execution, staff the store according to forecasted business needs, and adjust staffing to changes in demand.
  • Ensure the store is opened and staffed correctly and that closing procedures are followed and assets are secured.
  • Manage quality and customer service standards, perform quality checks, coach the team to improve results, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Complete required administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Resolve customer and employee concerns and issues, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns or failures, and monitor and manage store inventories.
  • Complete regular audits and ensure the store meets appearance and safety standards.
  • Provide daily direction and coaching to employees to improve performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees and provide orientation, training, and feedback.
  • Create and maintain a positive, professional, and safe work environment aligned with company culture, mission, and values.
  • Create weekly employee schedules that provide sufficient labor coverage, meet business demands, and address employee needs.
  • Perform safety, cleaning, and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Be trained and able to perform the essential functions of all hourly positions.
  • Support, enforce, and follow company policies, procedures, guidance, and safety instructions, and report damage or injuries according to established procedures.
