Responsibilities
  • Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and service level agreements.
  • Data Governance & Privacy: Ensure compliance with federal data policies, privacy safeguards, and records management regulations.
  • Records Management & Compliance Analyst responsibilities include facilitating Data Governance & Privacy delivering Data Management & Business Intelligence - Data Governance & Privacy through managing records; ensuring compliance; supporting audits.
  • Maintain records management systems and ensure compliance with federal records policies.
  • Analyze data, policies, controls, requirements, or reporting outputs for Data Governance & Privacy; produce documentation, insights, dashboards, or compliance evidence to support NSF decision-making.

  • Experience in Government And Public Services Sector (functional and technical area expertise) ideal
