In this role, you’ll guide customers through the motorcycle selection process, ensuring they find the bike that fits their needs, style, and experience level.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required.
• A strong passion for motorcycles, powersports, or the Harley-Davidson brand.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
• Ability to engage with customers, ask the right questions, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Positive attitude, energy, and a team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and stay up to date with the latest Harley-Davidson models and products.
• Must be able to pass a background check and be eligible for insurance.

• Work directly with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and riding style.
• Help customers select the perfect motorcycle and accessories, ensuring a great fit and ride.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.
• Stay knowledgeable about Harley-Davidson products, promotions, and financing options.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and provide top-notch customer service.
