Requirements
  • Proven experience in a CRO-focused role, ideally within a SaaS company.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies, statistical concepts (e.g., statistical significance, p-value), and A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Expertise in web analytics platforms like Amplitude and session recording tools like Clarity.
  • Deep paid media background, from strategy development to performance analysis across PPC, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Experience with user testing platforms such as Wynter.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives independently.
  • Ability to challenge ideas constructively and prioritize based on potential impact and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy aligned with company OKRs, focusing on improving key conversion metrics across our website, landing pages, and product.
  • Own the end-to-end experimentation process, from ideation and hypothesis formulation to test execution, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proactively source and curate experiment ideas from across the organization, critically evaluate incoming ideas, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Serve as an internal expert on A/B testing and experimentation best practices, regularly educating wider teams on relevant topics.
  • Deeply analyze user behavior and performance data using tools like Amplitude and Clarity to identify pain points, opportunities for optimization, and trends.
  • Utilize user testing platforms such as Wynter to gather qualitative insights and understand user motivations and challenges.
  • Build and test to create high-converting landing pages for a range of campaigns including paid search, content, and more.
  • Offer strategic UX, content, and design-related recommendations for improving the number of quality leads and conversions.
  • Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging performance data to identify optimization opportunities within digital experiences.
  • Complete in-depth data analysis for website conversion and engagement metrics by channel and source.
  • Research competition and investigate benchmarks to further site conversion rates and design.
  • Clearly and concisely report experiment results, insights, and recommendations to wider teams, explaining what worked, what didn't, and why.
  • Drive standardization and automation in marketing performance reporting across analysis and reporting deliverables.

Engine integrates 900,000 hotels into SAP Concur for streamlined business travel expenses

Engine, a business travel platform serving over one million travellers, has integrated with SAP Concur to expand hotel inventory and streamline expense reporting for corporate travel. The integration makes Engine's network of more than 900,000 global hotel properties available to Concur Travel users via Hotel Connector. Business travellers can now access Engine's hotel inventory and rates through the Concur Travel interface, with bookings processed seamlessly whilst maintaining existing workflows. Companies retain full visibility and control over travel spend within policy. For Engine customers using Concur Expense, the integration automatically transfers receipts from Engine's booking platform to SAP Concur, eliminating manual uploads and reconciliation. Both the Hotel Connector and Concur Expense integrations are now live and available to eligible users.
