  • Periodic travel is required for projects, training, office relocations, office visits, or to assist other Support Analysts.
  • This is a full-time in-office role with the ability to work remotely on a limited basis after training.
  • One to two years of professional experience working in information technology, technical support, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts, practices, and procedures including Active Directory, workstation imaging, and Microsoft System Center.
  • A proactive nature and the ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Excellent written, communication, and social skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions.
  • The ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software packages, as well as mobile desktop hardware and software packages, including Android and iPhone devices.
  • Load workstations for new hires, including desk and office setup with required hardware.
  • Create documentation such as end-user guides describing steps for operating various hardware and software platforms.
  • Help maintain the firm's internal information technology ticketing system and ensure ticket issues are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with firm members to answer technical inquiries, debug issues, and make recommendations.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of trouble tickets across the firm's locations, including phone support, remote support, and on-site support.
  • Document procedures and best practices when necessary.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.

Updated June 25, 2026, 5:20 pm Greenville, S.C.-based IPA 100 firm Elliott Davis Advisory (FY24 net revenue of $193.2 million) announced the appointment of Lucas McCain as Chief Digital and Innovation Officer. In this role, McCain will lead the firm's innovation and technology strategy, with a focus on responsible AI, enterprise delivery capabilities and aligning innovation initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
