Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.

Deliver powerful results 

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Manager or Associate Director of Strategic Impact with a Bachelor's Degree and 4-7 years of work experience in management consulting, supporting the scale-up of growing organizations, or serving in strategic roles within high-performance organizations with a proven record of owning work end-to-end, driving results in ambiguity, and taking initiative to solve complex, high-priority problems. 

An MBA is highly preferred, and candidates with additional experience in schools or education will be strongly considered.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and Managing Director of Strategic Impact to identify, design, and execute high-impact projects across the Strategic Impact team and broader organization to enable Zeta’s rapid growth
• Build and codify systems, processes, and structures that improve how teams operate and enable Zeta to scale effectively
• Serve as a strategic partner to teams across the organization, starting with the Family Outreach & Enrollment team, diagnosing challenges, designing solutions, and driving initiatives that strengthen outcomes 
• Drive cross-functional work across teams with extreme ownership, ensuring alignment and strong execution on initiatives that cut across multiple parts of the organization 
• Take on new and evolving priorities as the organization grows, stepping into critical work and ensuring it is executed at a high level
• Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are accepting applications on a rolling basis, and offering an immediate start date. The salary range is between $90,000 and $120,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus. The position title will be commensurate with candidate experience.
