Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-7 years of work experience in management consulting, supporting the scale-up of growing organizations, or serving in strategic roles within high-performance organizations
  • proven record of owning work end-to-end, driving results in ambiguity, and taking initiative to solve complex, high-priority problems
  • MBA is highly preferred
  • candidates with additional experience in schools or education will be strongly considered
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and Managing Director of Strategic Impact to identify, design, and execute high-impact projects across the Strategic Impact team and broader organization to enable Zeta’s rapid growth
  • Build and codify systems, processes, and structures that improve how teams operate and enable Zeta to scale effectively
  • Serve as a strategic partner to teams across the organization, starting with the Family Outreach & Enrollment team, diagnosing challenges, designing solutions, and driving initiatives that strengthen outcomes
  • Drive cross-functional work across teams with extreme ownership, ensuring alignment and strong execution on initiatives that cut across multiple parts of the organization
  • Take on new and evolving priorities as the organization grows, stepping into critical work and ensuring it is executed at a high level
  • Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
