Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a full year marketing plan across all channels
  • Manage GTM calendar and hold stakeholder accountability
  • Drive strategy, budget and execution of brand marketing initiatives through any medium required, ensuring a singular brand message across all consumer touch points including web, paid media, product, packaging, retail, events, social, catalog, collaborations etc.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop merchandising strategy and product story narratives
  • Partner with the other leaders across the company to develop our forward-looking company strategy and building a culture of cohesion and accountability
  • Work closely with Design/Product team to influence merchandising roadmap with growth opportunities
  • Develop close working relationships with Founders to ensure alignment on a shared vision and roadmap for bringing it to life
