- A Bachelors degree with 5+ years of marketing leadership experience.
- Experience managing a team of 5+ people
- Experience growing a brand/company from to strong market presence and significant revenue
- A strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks
- A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a fast-paced and highly-fluid environment

Responsibilities
- Build and execute a full year marketing plan across all channels
- Manage GTM calendar and hold stakeholder accountability
- Drive strategy, budget and execution of brand marketing initiatives through any medium required, ensuring a singular brand message across all consumer touch points including web, paid media, product, packaging, retail, events, social, catalog, collaborations etc.
- Work cross-functionally to develop merchandising strategy and product story narratives
- Partner with the other leaders across the company to develop our forward-looking company strategy and building a culture of cohesion and accountability
- Work closely with Design/Product team to influence merchandising roadmap with growth opportunities
- Develop close working relationships with Founders to ensure alignment on a shared vision and roadmap for bringing it to life
