- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.
- One to three years of professional experience in engineering, software development, or a related technical role is required.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript, is required.
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering best practices is required.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows is required.
- The ability to read, write, and review technical documentation and code is required.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
- Communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams are required.
- Support senior engineers in designing, developing, and implementing engineering solutions and technical projects.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and system diagrams.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to project planning and execution.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical solutions in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems reported by clients or internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
- Maintain and update existing systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
