- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, schedule follow-up appointments, and manage payment transactions accurately.
- Respond to inquiries about treatments and products.
- Address minor client concerns professionally and escalate major issues to management as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the MedSpa as required.
- Ensure lounge areas are tidy and welcoming for clients.
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics and skincare is highly desired.
- Experience with SalonIris or Zenoti software is a plus.
