Responsibilities
  • Lead the GTM strategy and operations for customer insights delivered to clients, partners, and go-to-market teams.
  • Identify customer insights requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic insight prioritization.
  • Craft both short-term and long-term product strategies and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Act as a critical bridge between customer feedback, product development, and the market.
