Requirements
- Minimum Education - Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience is required.
- Blackbaud Raisers' Edge NXT is required.
Responsibilities
- Ensures high level data integrity, initiates and executes global changes and updates of donor database.
- Maintains current knowledge of HIPAA and fundraising regulations, and strives to ensure PHI compliance.
- Adheres to the Code of Professional Fundraising Ethics, Association for Fundraising Professionals Donor’s Bill of Rights, and meets all aspects of Adventist Health's philanthropy confidentiality practices.
- Responsible for developing strategic, accurate, confidential, and detailed reports reflecting philanthropy and grants activities.
- Provides database support to market philanthropy data leads to ensure data governance standards are maintained, the generation of KPI weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual dashboards, confirm impact reports, and provide database security access and orientation for new associates.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders in payroll/human performance, information technologies and finance to advance strategic initiatives.
- Actively identifies and researches individuals, corporations and foundations to analyze biographical, financial, and other data obtained from a variety of internal and external sources to determine capacity and inclination to give.
- Records research in RE NXT and prepares prospect research reports for markets and system major gift solicitors.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in fundraising, business administration or healthcare administration or equivalent combination of education/related experience is preferred.
- Three years' related experience is preferred.
- Certified Fundraising Executive accreditation (CFRE) is preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise subscriptions to Blackbaud FE NXT, Fundraiser Performance Management is preferred.
- Direct experience in developing data entry standards and analytic tools such as statistical models, data mining, and wealth screening is preferred.
- HIPAA and fundraising regulations knowledge and PHI compliance is preferred.
