Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of the infrastructure sales ecosystem and a keen understanding of trends and market developments in the United Kingdom and Europe.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for driving business growth in Cloud, Infrastructure and Security (CIS) areas.
  • Experience in CIS sales, pre-sales and delivery roles to manage and drive growth and opportunities in CIS areas.
  • Solid understanding of information technology transformation and current trends in information technology infrastructure, cloud and security services.
  • Ability to solve business problems using technology as an enabler and experience in driving RFx led by deal advisors such as Information Services Group, KPMG, Gartner, Avasant, etc.
  • Demonstrated leadership with ability to negotiate internally and externally with different stakeholders.
  • Closer mindset and interest in business development and proactive farming to drive growth.
  • Experience from a services environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the profit and loss of Cloud, Infrastructure and Security Services in United Kingdom and Europe.
  • Lead to explore opportunities in all accounts within the Regional Business Unit through deep proactive farming.
  • Support the region sales, account executives and portfolio leaders to lead discussions with C-Suite clients from a solution mindset.
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle of CIS opportunities and profitability in the Regional Business Unit.
  • Create and manage sales pipeline and conversion for CIS services in the Regional Business Unit.
  • Ensure net new order book of CIS services while working with Regional Business Units.
  • Support alliances and platforms in the sales lifecycle on technology and solutioning (for example Microsoft, AWS, Google, ServiceNow, Cisco, HPE, Palo Alto).
  • Lead client relationships and customer satisfaction for CIS services in UK and Europe.
  • Lead playbook-based discussions within the client base.
  • Lead events in CIS services within the Regional Business Unit to increase brand awareness and strengthen deal pipeline.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with alliances and platform partnerships in technology and cloud ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google, ServiceNow, Cisco, HPE, Palo Alto) is desired but not strictly required.
  • Track record of successful RFx engagements with deal advisors such as ISG, KPMG, Gartner, Avasant is preferred.
  • Strong track record of managing P&L and end-to-end CIS services sales in a regional context is preferred.
