What believers are saying

  • Gooten expands Taylor into faster-growing print-on-demand fulfillment and e-commerce workflows.
  • Radcliff expansion adds 30,000 square feet and deepens high-margin label capabilities.
  • Taylor's 38 business units create cross-selling opportunities after the Gooten acquisition.

What critics are saying

  • Gooten integration can distract management and delay promised print-on-demand synergies in 2026.
  • Traditional graphic communications face relentless digitization, squeezing margins if Taylor misses software migration.
  • A misstep in capital-intensive plants like Radcliff would trap cash in underused equipment.

What makes Taylor unique

  • Taylor Corporation bought Gooten on October 24, 2025, adding print-on-demand OrderMesh.
  • Taylor invested $18.8 million in Radcliff, Kentucky, expanding digital labels and 28 jobs.
  • Taylor spans manufacturing and technology, combining national print capacity with fulfillment software.
