Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering, Technology, or Manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Controls Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers, human-machine interfaces/supervisory control and data acquisition, plant historians, motion control, and industrial networks.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience creating detailed bills of materials for automation solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct hands-on control-system assessments and design modern automation solutions.
  • Implement documented automation service offerings at client sites while ensuring efficiency and safety.
  • Develop and present technical recommendations to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide on-site and virtual technical training for customers.
  • Contribute to developing new automation services based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Build relationships with operations and plant controls teams to support their automation goals.
