  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working on Data Analytics / Business Intelligence projects.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of data workflows, reporting processes, and analytics delivery lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile delivery for data-driven projects as Scrum Master.
  • Act as a servant leader to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Remove delivery roadblocks to enable successful execution.
  • Ensure successful execution of analytics programs that support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
  • Foster stakeholder collaboration and alignment across analytics initiatives.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications.
  • Exposure to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or analytics platforms.
