Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field required
  • 7+ years relevant experience in instructional design
  • Experience with eLearning software such as Captivate, Storyline, Camtasia, and similar authoring tools
  • Experience with presentation and graphics tools (PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Docebo, Cornerstone, etc.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent grammar and writing proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including both written and oral communication skills
  • Creative thinker, self-starter with a proactive approach to resolving problems and issues
  • Eager to learn, grow and build skills, while working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning theory to design and develop instructionally sound learning solutions/experiences
  • Leverage creative, immersive learning methodologies and mixed modalities in learning experience design and development
  • Own and project manage the design, development, and delivery of multiple projects across the company
  • Collaborate with others to dynamically create durable and impactful learning solutions
  • Analyze quality and metrics to identify the root causes of performance opportunities
  • Identify and apply appropriate evaluation techniques (summative, formative, four levels and usability testing)
  • Partner with other teams to monitor completion, comprehension, and retention of the content to determine training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
  • Build effective working relationships, including communicating effectively with partners and stakeholders
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
