- At least one year of previous training and experience as a patient care technician or nursing assistant.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and act independently.
- Assist the anesthesia department with daily case preparation, room turnover, supply restocking, equipment cleaning, and other assigned duties.
- Assist the sterile processing technician with assigned duties.
- Assist the supply coordinator with assigned duties.
- Follow established policies and procedures.
- Communicate openly with internal customers and supervisors.
- Provide customer service when interacting with staff, management, and physicians.
- Perform other required duties.
- Formal patient care technician or nursing assistant training.
- Customer service skills.
