About the company

Oath provides continuous, software-driven independent verification of financial systems, operating as a licensed audit firm. It re-performs standard audit procedures—transactions, balances, documents, calculations, and controls—by connecting directly into client accounting systems. Instead of a once-a-year audit, it runs verification at the speed and scale of the software that produces the numbers, aligned with monthly close and available on-demand. Its goal is to automate about 80% of audit work while leaving final judgment to human auditors, focusing first on private companies, funds, employee benefit plans, and nonprofits before expanding to public markets.
