Requirements
  • A Master's degree in a mental health discipline.
  • Three to five years of case management and clinical experience.
  • Licensure in clinical social work, counseling, or psychology.
  • Experience with clinical assessment, therapeutic communication, and documentation.
  • Cultural competence and ethical decision-making.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio proficiency are also identified.
  • Ability to support work across Government and Public Services client engagements and fulfill applicable role requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Manage caseloads requiring intensive service coordination.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with mental health regulations and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in community mental health initiatives.
  • Handle high-risk or court-mandated cases.
  • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of the consulting firm.
  • Establish, manage, pursue, and fulfill annual goals and objectives aligned with the firm's competencies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.
  • Government and Public Services sector experience.
