Requirements
- 4+ years marketing experience in a similar role
- Experience in apparel and retail is preferred
- Data-driven decision maker with a strong ability to prioritize...pick the mountains you want to climb
- Communicator capable of interfacing with all departments
- Need to be obsessed with analytics and data
- A degree in Accounting or Economics is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead performance and digital marketing strategy for Buck Mason
- Manage all acquisition channel specific specialists, holding performance accountability and assuring brand message on all platforms
- Manage Meta, Google, and all digital ad platforms
- Manage LTV on a channel level
- Test and explore new channels
- Provide data to inform strategy company wide
- Work directly with creative team guiding asset creation based on data and performance
- Create a process to capture great ideas that are both internal and external to Buck Mason
- Develop a data-driven process that proves gut decisions wrong
- Present findings and results to management daily and weekly
