Responsibilities
  • Lead performance and digital marketing strategy for Buck Mason
  • Manage all acquisition channel specific specialists, holding performance accountability and assuring brand message on all platforms
  • Manage Meta, Google, and all digital ad platforms
  • Manage LTV on a channel level
  • Test and explore new channels
  • Provide data to inform strategy company wide
  • Work directly with creative team guiding asset creation based on data and performance
  • Create a process to capture great ideas that are both internal and external to Buck Mason
  • Develop a data-driven process that proves gut decisions wrong
  • Present findings and results to management daily and weekly
