Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing full-cycle campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, testing, iteration, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, email marketing platforms, and customer relationship management systems for audience segmentation, automation, campaign analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and the ability to adapt messaging for different algorithms and audiences across channels.
  • Understanding of the full marketing funnel, including awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Ability to work with limited budgets and maximize marketing performance.
  • Ability to monitor trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging marketing channels.
Responsibilities
  • Own the growth marketing function for CTBids and build, test, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Develop and execute earned, owned, and paid marketing strategies to increase bidder registrations, repeat purchases, seller acquisition, and auction participation across the CTBids marketplace.
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that identify growth constraints, new acquisition channels, and emerging advertising opportunities.
  • Continuously test messaging, creative, landing pages, and loyalty program initiatives across segmented audiences and marketing channels to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Create executive dashboards and performance reports that provide visibility into campaign results and key business metrics.
  • Support initiatives that increase auction inventory and sellers as well as bidders and buyers.
  • Partner with Caring Transitions franchise owners to develop localized marketing strategies that maximize auction participation and seller engagement.
  • Work with the broader marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared business goals.

  • Experience using Canva to design and optimize creative assets.
