Who you are:
We are looking for a dynamic Director of Integrated Marketing to lead our demand-generation initiatives. This role involves crafting and executing strategies to drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and will manage a team focused on digital acquisition, account-based marketing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand-generation strategy.
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support sales goals.
- Optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead campaigns across email, content, social media, SEO/SEM, webinars, and paid advertising.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives for seamless lead transitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize integrated campaigns.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Use marketing automation and CRM tools to track campaign success.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Marketing Leader or Director with a focus on demand generation.
- Proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns for targeted audiences.
- 3+ years managing a team of 5+ direct reports.
- Strong knowledge of account-based marketing, digital marketing, and emerging trends.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS platforms to enterprise-level buyers.

The compensation range being offered for this role is a base of $185,000-210,000. Please note that Stensul’s compensation philosophy is based on a geographical market approach, and the salary range listed relates specifically to roles located in New York. Stensul’s compensation and career growth philosophy focuses on impact in the role, and starting salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based the competencies and level demonstrated in the interview process.
