- Technical training at BEP, Bac Pro, or BTS level, with a focus on industrial maintenance, construction equipment maintenance, agricultural equipment maintenance, or a related technical area.
- Initial experience in a similar position.
- Recognized technical maintenance expertise and knowledge of construction and public works equipment.
- Inspect each item of equipment from its arrival through its departure from the workshop.
- Perform diagnostics and identify potential breakdowns.
- Maintain, service, and repair equipment in accordance with technical directives.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs at customer worksites.
- Follow maintenance schedules and periodic general inspections.
- Complete and monitor equipment maintenance records.
- Contribute to the proper operation of the workshop by managing inventory and complying with hygiene and safety standards.
- A service-oriented approach and team spirit.
