  • Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science or Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Production Supervisor
  • 2-5 years experience in a food and/or beverage manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, and SOPs
  • Leadership skills, focused on results, employees’ engagement, development, decision making, teamwork, and change management
  • Strong PC skills including MS office programs
Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise multiple production and/or batching lines
  • Drive efficiency by monitoring steps of the process
  • Mitigate constraints to maximize OEE
  • Create production plan and establish priorities
  • Supervise and motivate the production team
  • Responsible for managing and developing Production Leads
  • Oversee sanitation program and related procedures
  • Monitor day-to-day manufacturing for SOP execution
  • Identify production training needs
  • Review production team performance
  • Adhere to facility policies concerning safety and GMPs
