Requirements
  • Professional work experience in artificial intelligence or generative artificial intelligence applications.

  • Experience leveraging generative artificial intelligence chat tools such as M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
  • Prior experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Product Manager.
  • Four to six years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the product roadmap, backlog prioritization, and value delivery for AI-powered Software Development Lifecycle tooling and strategy.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, engineers, and data scientists to identify opportunities to improve the Software Development Lifecycle using artificial intelligence.
  • Translate business needs and developer workflows into product requirements, epics, and user stories.
  • Define and deliver scalable tools, frameworks, and repeatable patterns that enable teams to adopt artificial intelligence in their development workflows.
  • Work closely with engineering, user experience, and data science teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Manage multiple backlogs and priorities across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Define success metrics and measure adoption, value realization, and efficiency improvements across the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive continuous discovery through stakeholder interviews, research, and analysis of user workflows.
  • Ensure alignment with governance, security, and responsible artificial intelligence practices.
