About the job
- Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a Bachelor's degree program, or a recent graduate pursuing Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to use Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including charts, graphs, pivot tables, advanced formulas, and statistical tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services, specifically Cloud Data Fusion for ETL/ELT pipeline development and Cloud Composer for workflow orchestration.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving ability.
- Ability to communicate effectively and succeed in a team environment.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data and developing recommendations to help business partners use SAP effectively.
- Support data management for the SAP project, including data discovery, data migration, and data validation.
- Create testing and training documentation for key stakeholders.
- Create Power BI reports using semantic models.
- Analyze trends in SAP data and defect reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with other business areas on priority transformation initiatives.
- Create and manage operational reports that provide insights to stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis and recommend process-improvement opportunities.
- Develop recommendations from analysis.
- Present recommendations to senior management.
- Previous retail experience.
- Exposure to SAP reporting solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Datasphere.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit, including project setup, template management, data validation, and load execution.
