  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in leading strategic software sales teams

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high performing enterprise SaaS sales team
  • Refine and run the operating model for the non-UK segment of the EMEA business
  • Enable a proactive culture amongst sales teams to engage accounts strategically
  • Partner with Marketing and Channel Partner leadership teams to drive growth
  • Develop and lead plans to increase relationships with C-level executives
  • Identify and address issues inhibiting growth in non-UK markets
  • Actively use core applications like Smartsheet, Salesforce.com, etc.
