  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner, with the ability to lead Scrum teams and define a strategic vision.
  • Strong technical acumen, including a background in software / data engineering, platform design, or solutions architecture (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing large-scale data integration and migration projects.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Experience working in highly complex, cross-functional environments with multiple teams and dependencies.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-based platforms, ideally AWS.
  • Domain knowledge and experience in the banking, finance, and/or fintech industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute technical product strategies for large-scale client initiatives.
  • Lead engineering teams in developing highly resilient, scalable applications.
  • Drive the data conversion and integration strategy, ensuring seamless system migration.
  • Communicate project progress through compelling presentations and reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Align product development with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Leverage Agile methodologies to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.
