Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with an emphasis in Accounting.
  • 5-8 years of relevant Finance experience.
  • CPA/CPA Eligibility preferred, but not required.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and financial modeling. Ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational plans.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Be the owner of all things data for the Finance Department and drive process improvements in existing systems; identify and propose new tools.
  • Build and develop a team of Financial Analysts, creating a collaborative and high performance work environment.
  • Work closely with the Accounting group to drive and enhance synergies between the two functions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Provide Director of Finance with ad hoc support for new initiatives and requirements that will arise due to the business rapidly growing.
