About the job
- Expert knowledge of the GOLD ERP, including design, configuration, Level 3 support, maintenance, and evolution.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Python, Linux, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of business processes, including distribution, supply chain, and finance.
- Proficiency with office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A Bac+5 qualification from an engineering school, university, or equivalent.
- Fluent French.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar roles, with proven expertise in GOLD.
- Analyze business needs and write functional specifications related to the GOLD ERP.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the different phases of GOLD projects, from needs analysis through production deployment.
- Design and develop complex extraction queries from GOLD.
- Support change management and deliver training to users on GOLD.
- Monitor maintenance and lead the evolution of the ERP.
- Conduct ongoing technology monitoring and propose business-process optimizations.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks related to GOLD projects.
- Handle incidents and problems related to GOLD solutions escalated by Level 2 support.
- Technical English proficiency.
