  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing industries with a focus on automation and controls design
  • BSME with 10 years of industry and engineering experience preferred

Responsibilities
  • Review vendor automation systems specifications and validate systems design
  • Standardize automation systems and lead obsolescence conversions
  • Create automation sequence of operation and process flow diagram
  • Design system layouts, schematics, and control devices
  • Drive technology choices for automation and present technology roadmap
  • Develop scalable controls and manufacturing solutions using process engineering and machine learning
  • Derive technology solutions aligning with business objectives and technology roadmap
  • Develop standard software and hardware architecture for automation projects
  • Implement IIoT solutions and lead technical design and validation
  • Manage automation group, process control, MES, and resources according to corporate strategies
  • Drive innovation, new technology utilization, and effective capital utilization
  • Develop strategic operating procedures supporting business objectives
  • Exhibit leadership qualities to move the business forward
  • Coordinate and prioritize digitalization initiatives across operations
