Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in private service, personal assistance, and/or high-level family support.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in a high-trust household role.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle fast-paced, high-responsibility work.
  • Strong organization, precision, reliability, and proactive execution.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and support their development.
  • Comfort using Claude, Google Suite, ClickUp, and other household systems.
  • Ideally live within 45 minutes of Whitwell, Tennessee, or be willing to relocate.
  • Willingness to flex for travel and schedule needs.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain pristine organization and order across the home.
  • Perform tidying and light cleaning, including laundry, dishes, refrigerator systems, closets, storage, and household flow.
  • Coordinate and oversee cleaners, maintenance providers, lawn-care providers, and other vendors.
  • Manage meal orders and meal-preparation support, including smoothies, dinner setup, and heat-and-eat systems.
  • Own household inventory, including groceries, supplies, amenities, and other household needs.
  • Handle mail and package returns by opening, scanning, organizing, and executing follow-up actions.
  • Manage invitations, announcements, and Christmas cards.
  • Run errands efficiently and proactively.
  • Coordinate vehicle fueling, cleaning, servicing, and registration.
  • Occasionally drive Seth and Tori to appointments so they can work while traveling.
  • Provide occasional childcare outside the full-time nanny’s schedule.
  • Travel with the family and provide childcare and family-logistics support during travel days and on-site.
  • Partner with the nanny to keep the children’s routines consistent, calm, and aligned.
  • Provide on-site support for events and VIP visits.
  • Provide travel support, including luggage, rideshare coordination, hotel check-ins, food, logistics, and occasional content capture.
  • Plan date nights.
  • Own gifting for team members, family, and friends.
  • Plan parties.
