[Duties and Responsibilities]
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Samsung Care+ services, focusing on customer acquisition and retention
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing and creative services, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution
* Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing efforts
* Partner with MX Marketing to manage and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email
* Optimize product performance by aligning brand strategy with retail channel execution
* Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve business objectives
[Skills & Qualifications]
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the device protection, technology or mobile industry
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Familiarity with Samsung products and services (preferred)
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (preferred)
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Business analysis capabilities
