Requirements
  • Training or educational background in Design, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • A good level of data analysis, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Medium-to-high English proficiency.
  • Interest in Customer Experience, User Experience, or Service Design.
  • Interest in project management and collaborative environments.
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate proactivity.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Medium-to-high proficiency with office tools, including PowerPoint or Keynote, Excel, and Word.
Responsibilities
  • Support the analysis and documentation of customer journeys.
  • Collaborate in collecting and organizing customer insights.
  • Support planning and task tracking within projects.
  • Participate in preparing presentations, reports, and deliverables.
  • Attend workshops and co-creation sessions, contributing to documentation of ideas, processes, and best practices.
  • Support research tasks, including benchmarking, trend analysis, and market analysis.
  • Participate in creating visual materials such as experience maps, presentations, and flows.
  • Support tracking basic project and customer-experience key performance indicators.

Mango Secures $3M to Solve Construction Cash Flow

Mexican fintech Mango has secured a $3m funding round led by Ironspring Ventures to address cash flow issues in Latin America's construction industry. The funding will help Mango expand its credit and payments infrastructure, grow its contractor and supplier network, and enhance its internal teams. BBVA Spark also provided a credit facility. Mango's platform offers embedded credit and real-time risk intelligence to streamline procurement workflows and mitigate payment delays in construction.
