About the job

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in social work or social service is required.
  • Current membership in the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) is required.
  • Bilingual ability in French and English is required.
  • A vehicle is required.
  • Experience in youth protection evaluation/orientation and working with Indigenous communities is required.
  • Computer skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Assess the psychosocial situation of service users and their families.
  • Intervene with clients experiencing difficulties, including mental health or addiction concerns, youth, and older adults.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to service users throughout their care journey.
