Requirements
  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in B2B SaaS, ideally through a scaling stage.
  • Experience as a sole or lead recruiter without coordinator or sourcer support, delivering 20 or more hires per year across functions.
  • Experience with technical hiring across engineering, data, artificial intelligence and machine learning, product, and design, as well as enterprise go-to-market hiring across account executives, sales engineers, and customer success.
  • Hands-on applicant tracking system administration; Workable experience is an asset. Provide examples of using artificial intelligence to improve recruitment or people operations results.
  • Experience owning onboarding, offboarding, or other employee lifecycle programs alongside recruitment.
  • Knowledge of hiring, offer, candidate data, and recordkeeping requirements in Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Quebec; experience recruiting in specialized markets with small candidate pools.
  • Ability to make a case to hiring managers for leaving a role open rather than hiring an unsuitable candidate.
  • Ability to set priorities and act autonomously without waiting for direction.
  • Keep skills current in sourcing methods, artificial intelligence tools, and the SaaS talent market, and share relevant learning with the team.
  • Understand business functions, markets, and roles, and challenge scope, levels, process, and compensation while maintaining business relationships.
  • Write clearly and manage multiple searches and lifecycle priorities while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
  • Ability to facilitate useful, on-time company-wide sessions on topics where another person is the subject matter expert.
Responsibilities
  • Own recruitment across all functions, from intake and role scoping through sourcing, assessment, offers, and closing.
  • Set clear criteria, structured interviews, and scorecards with hiring managers; maintain hiring standards and challenge slates that fall short.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and monitor competitor hiring, talent availability, and compensation; use that data to shape workforce planning, role requirements, and hiring decisions.
  • Administer Workable, reporting, templates, and candidate data; track recruitment metrics and hiring plan attainment; maintain a consistent candidate experience from first contact through final follow-up.
  • Manage recruitment vendors, job boards, and search firms; coordinate background checks and offer documentation with People Operations.
  • Support internal career ladders and keep job descriptions leveled against Pave, Mercer, and Securitas job architecture.
  • Build and run artificial intelligence workflows for sourcing, screening, interviewing, market research, and pipeline analysis, reducing administrative work while maintaining quality, consistency, and fairness.
  • Apply artificial intelligence to employee lifecycle processes, feedback analysis, and reporting; measure time and cost savings and discontinue tools that do not deliver.
  • Own onboarding from offer through 30-, 60-, and 90-day plans, including manager readiness, and improve the process using new-hire feedback.
  • Build and maintain an onboarding program and knowledge base covering the platform, customers, industry, and competitors, working with internal experts to create content.
  • Run a quarterly learning program to deepen industry and market knowledge; coordinate experts, facilitate sessions, and improve them based on feedback.
  • Own exit interviews and offboarding, and partner with People Operations to identify departure trends and address their causes.
  • Own recognition programs within budget, including peer recognition, quarterly awards, and spot bonuses, and run the employee referral program.
  • Help managers identify and act on retention risks; support employee net promoter score and pulse surveys and own follow-up actions.
  • Own Liferaft’s employer brand and careers content.
Desired Qualifications
  • CPHR designation or a recruitment certification is an asset.
  • Workable experience is an asset.
  • Experience in a scaling-stage B2B SaaS company is ideal.

Securitas establishes Security Risk Management unit and makes changes to Group Management. Securitas continues to strengthen its position as a trusted partner in intelligence-led security by establishing a new business line, Security Risk Management (SRM). 20 March 2026 12:00 SRM is an end-to-end, intelligence-led approach to identifying, understanding, monitoring and acting on risks specific to each client. It enables proactive security, faster crisis response and adaptive security programs for clients, leveraging Securitas' unique ability to integrate physical and digital security, and is an engine for future growth for Securitas. Structurally, this brings together Pinkerton, the recently acquired open-source intelligence and threat-intelligence company Liferaft, and Securitas' existing Risk Intelligence unit under the leadership of Matt Ellis, who is appointed President Security Risk Management and member of Group Management. At the same time, Securitas combines the development of its digital platform and AI capabilities with the IT organization, under the leadership of Hillevi Agranius, Group CIO and member of Group Management. Together, SRM and the digital platform form the strategic engine of an intelligence-led model: SRM connects insights to action, and the digital platform is the infrastructure through which it is delivered.
