Requirements
  • University education in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Fiscal Sciences, or a related field; specialization or postgraduate studies in tax, fiscal matters, or related areas are valued.
  • At least 5 years of solid experience and knowledge of national taxes, tax regulations, and their accounting and financial implications.
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of tax matters, including relevant reforms, criteria, and trends.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and manage tax risks, and handle tax authority requests and audits.
  • Leadership, team development, planning, and decision-making abilities.
  • Analytical thinking, results orientation, proactivity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective communication and ability to work across organizational areas.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Workspace collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge and use of artificial intelligence, data analysis, and automation tools, with the ability to identify opportunities to apply them in tax processes.
