- Completed degree in business or computer science, engineering, or an IT-related vocational qualification; alternatively, a comparable qualification through relevant professional and project experience.
- Knowledge of Windows Server technologies and business-related aspects of Windows Server operations.
- Experience operating and administering output software suites, ideally Inspire, sysHUB, DocBridge Suite, TextLab, and DOPiX, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, release processes, and patch processes.
- A service-oriented approach, clear communication, knowledge sharing, and the ability to enable other teams.
- Analytical working style and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly become familiar with heterogeneous application landscapes.
- Routine experience with monitoring, scripting such as PowerShell, and automation.
- Good written and spoken German language skills at B2-C1 level.
- Work in the agile GoDS team in the Output Management area and actively contribute to planning, operations, and further development in coordination with business departments and providers.
- Operate and administer Windows servers and the standard products Inspire, sysHUB, DocBridge Suite, TextLab, and DOPiX during day-to-day operations while monitoring dependencies.
- Own operations, release changes, monitoring, security, and patch management for the platform and the stability of connected applications.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management according to defined processes.
- Advance infrastructure modernization, design improvements, and implement targeted automation.
- Automate recurring tasks with scripts, maintain documentation, and support incidents, changes, and deployments.
- Experience operating and administering Inspire, sysHUB, DocBridge Suite, TextLab, and DOPiX is preferred.
