About the job

Requirements
  • At least 7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy and Operations, or equivalent at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience working directly with senior sales leaders, ideally in an Enterprise or complex sales motion with longer cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to turn tribal knowledge into documented, repeatable processes and enforce data standards that provide a trusted single source of truth for Sales, CS, and Finance.
  • Ability to design territory, quota, capacity, and compensation models that scale, and align Sales, CS, and Finance on definitions and handoffs across new business, expansion, and renewal.
  • Experience designing and running operating cadences such as weekly forecast calls, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including decomposing ambiguous business problems, forming hypotheses, testing them with data, and making recommendations.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials.
  • Ability to communicate with senior Sales, CS, and Finance stakeholders, explain rationale and tradeoffs, and drive alignment.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to define and drive strategic initiatives, develop approaches in ambiguous areas, and own the segment’s operating cadence, including pipeline generation strategy, coverage and capacity planning, systems, and reporting.
  • Own the Enterprise forecast process, including weekly roll-ups, commit and best-case categorization standards, deal-level inspection, and forecast narratives with segment leaders; track forecast accuracy, diagnose changes, and improve the forecasting method.
  • Diagnose breakdowns in the Enterprise sales motion, prioritize issues by revenue impact, scope and implement fixes, and measure adoption and outcomes.
  • Own day-to-day Enterprise pipeline operations, including stage definitions and exit criteria, hygiene standards, inspection cadence support, and deal review preparation.
  • Translate go-to-market strategy into system workflows, automations, fields, properties, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and segment performance discussions; analyze pipeline coverage, stage conversion, win rates, and sales-cycle trends.
  • Maintain the Enterprise sales playbook and coordinate with Enablement so process changes are reflected in documentation and systems and adopted by representatives.
  • Run end-to-end rollouts of processes, tools, and go-to-market motions, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Deal Desk.
Desired Qualifications
  • Background in management consulting, finance, or a structured analytical function.
  • Experience at a company growing at least 2x annually and adapting its operating model rapidly.
  • Experience owning process or system rollouts from initial design through adoption and ongoing operation.
  • Use of AI tools for analysis, drafting, automations, or agentic workflows, and a perspective on how AI can change Revenue Operations and forecasting.
  • Experience with enterprise sales motions involving large, multi-threaded, longer-cycle deals.
