Requirements

A bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and at least 7 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree related to the sector of activity and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or another relevant combination of experience and training.
A Registered Representative licence with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization.
Experience in business development with wealthy clients and/or entrepreneurs.
Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and the economy sufficient to act appropriately.
Knowledge of taxation, retirement planning, and estate planning.

Responsibilities

Develop the wealthy-client market in the Montreal area with internal and external partners.
Increase assets under management in the assigned portfolio by providing wealth management advisory services aligned with client needs.
Analyze customer needs and determine an integrated financial strategy with them.
Direct implementation of recommendations arising from financial planning.
Monitor portfolios rigorously and maintain frequent customer contact to track evolving needs and adapt solutions accordingly.
Provide exceptional customer service in terms of speed, accessibility, and competence.
Work in synergy with all of National Bank's business lines.

Desired Qualifications

Holding another professional designation, such as CFA, FICVM, CPA, or Pl.Fin.

Your job:

Develop the wealthy clientele market for the Montreal area both with internal and external partners.
Increase the assets under management of the assigned portfolio by offering wealth management advisory services in line with client needs.
Rigorously analyze customer needs and determine with them an integrated financial strategy.
Direct the implementation of recommendations arising from financial planning.
Ensure rigorous monitoring of portfolios and establish very frequent contacts with customers in order to follow the evolution of their needs and adapt solutions accordingly.
Provide exceptional customer service, both in terms of speed, accessibility and competence
Work in synergy with all of the National Bank's business lines.

Within the Commercial & Private Banking 1859 sector, you are part of a large team of around thirty colleagues, and you report to the regional vice-president GP1859. Prerequisites

Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR master's degree related to the sector of activity and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or any other relevant combination of experience and training
Registered Representative licence with CIRO
Holding another professional title: CFA, FICVM, CPA, Pl.Fin very desirable
Experience in business development with wealthy clients and/or entrepreneurs
Ability to develop trusting and lasting relationships
Excellent knowledge of investment products (mastery of financial markets and the economy in order to act appropriately)
Knowledge of taxation, retirement planning and estate planning
