  • Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
  • Must have completed at least your freshman year of college or university

  • Talk to customers and understand what drives their business
  • Gather customer and business insights about customers' organization
  • Network and build relationships across customers' organizations
  • Qualify customer opportunities, engage resources, and coordinate the solution design and presentation
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet goals and grow market share
  • Be a technical resource for Rockwell Automation technology and products within area(s) of expertise
  • Identify and explain potential use cases, technical requirements, and competitive differentiation
