Requirements
  • Five or more years in business-to-business software-as-a-service growth, performance, or web marketing roles with proven ownership of website and pipeline outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated conversion rate optimization wins with data showing before/after results, experiment design, and learnings that moved conversion and pipeline.
  • Strong search engine optimization and search engine marketing expertise across technical, on-page, and content strategies, with the ability to outrank competitors on intent pages.
  • Web systems fluency including HTML and CSS basics, content management system administration (Webflow or similar), analytics, forms, chat, and integrations, with comfort partnering with engineers and designers.
  • Data skills including funnel analytics, attribution, and cohort analysis, with ability to brief Revenue Operations, sanity-check models, and communicate impact to executives.
  • Program management excellence including backlog discipline, creating crisp briefs, quality assurance, and stakeholder updates, with a track record of shipping.
  • Experience with sixsense or Demandbase, Google Tag Manager or GA4, Looker, Amplitude, or Heap, Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, Optimizely or Visual Website Optimizer, Clearbit, Branch, and Webflow.
Responsibilities
  • Own the growth funnel from visit to lead to marketing-qualified lead to sales-qualified lead to opportunity, designing experiments that measurably increase activation and pipeline.
  • Build and run a robust conversion rate optimization program from hypothesis to test design to launch to analysis and roll-out, across pricing, product, and campaign pages.
  • Stand up growth analytics by defining north-star metrics, attribution rules, dashboards, and weekly read-outs, and partner with Revenue Operations on data quality and reporting.
  • Plan and test paid acquisition and retargeting with Revenue Marketing to optimize search engine marketing, competitor capture, brand defense, and high-intent retargeting tied to fast paths such as chat and scheduler.
  • Optimize the trial-to-meeting conversion flow, instant-chat service level agreements, and routing to the right sales representatives; pilot calculators, checklists, and templates to boost intent.
  • Lead ABM light orchestration by translating sixsense/Demandbase/intent signals into targeted web experiences and plays for named accounts and regulated industries.
  • Own the corporate website strategy, user experience, and roadmap for multiple audiences; ensure the site becomes a destination users return to.
  • Lead the publishing process and operations including backlog, sprint planning, rebuilds, new page launches, and triage/troubleshooting.
  • Ensure speed, accessibility, and quality including Core Web Vitals, ADA/WCAG compliance, component libraries, and content governance for all publishers.
  • Collaborate on search engine optimization with Content Marketing and monitor competitive movements to adjust strategy.
  • Maintain marketing technology stack including content management system, analytics, experimentation, forms and chat, and privacy/compliance and clean data to Salesforce and marketing automation.
  • Report performance and insights to stakeholders and translate data into clear decisions and next steps.
