  • 2+ years of experience with POS implementation or working in restaurants
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite or alike
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Possess strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English (second language is a bonus) communication skills
  • Ability to interact with and coach a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external, ranging from restaurant managers and owners to business executives and chefs

  • Follow-up meetings and calls with the client to ensure a successful transition
  • Pre-installation setup task lists
  • Effectively communicate with other sections of the business
  • Assist in the ticketing queue
  • Troubleshoot basic functionality of software applications
