Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in reaching targets and key performance indicators and ensure the team is effectively managed.
  • Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service and surpasses customer expectations by following the Selling Ceremony.
  • Assist the Management Team in training the team on product construction, materials, care and design, customer service, Retail Excellence, and other communicated topics.
  • Support the team in building, developing, and maintaining the client database to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure the efficient running of the boutique in accordance with directives and procedures set by Retail Excellence, the Management Team, and the Company.
  • Model the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle image through customer relationship management, attitude, personal grooming, dress code, and behavior, and ensure the team reflects this image.
  • Ensure customer complaints are promptly and successfully resolved.
  • Support the Management Team in day-to-day boutique operations, including customer relationships, team management, store administration, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain effective stock controls to ensure continued stock supply and accurate stock records.
  • Assist in organizing and managing stock takes as required.
  • Monitor the team to ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising standards and the boutique remains tidy and clean.
  • Ensure the team understands and actively strives to achieve key performance indicators and individual and store targets.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to Jimmy Choo procedures, standards, and policies outlined in Retail Excellence and communicated by the Company.
  • Support the team in monitoring and managing health, safety, and security issues in accordance with Jimmy Choo procedures.
  • Support back-of-house and administrative operations as requested.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties reasonably required for the successful running of the store.
  • Develop detailed product knowledge, including construction, materials, care, and design, to provide knowledgeable customer service.
  • Build, develop, and maintain a personal client database to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.

Jimmy Choo drives $162.6M Q1 revenue for Capri Holdings with 10.5% growth

Jimmy Choo delivered strong first-quarter results for Capri Holdings, with revenues rising 10.5% year-over-year to $179 million. Growth was broad-based across regions, with Americas revenues climbing 26.1% to $58 million, EMEA increasing 5.1% to $82 million, and Asia up 2.6% to $39 million. Direct retail sales and wholesale revenues both grew by low double digits. Marketing initiatives, including the Natural Reflection campaign and influencer partnerships, generated nearly 50 million impressions and drove a 40% increase in VIC sales. Operating income jumped to $13 million from $4 million, whilst operating margin expanded 480 basis points to 7.3%. Capri expects Jimmy Choo revenues of approximately $635 million for fiscal 2027, targeting $800 million longer term.
